Phase 1: 95MW Solar PV
Phase 1 utility-scale solar PV development in South Africa’s North West Province.

Project Overview
The 95MW first phase is positioned as a grid-connected solar PV development, with a focus on reliable generation, a bankable offtake structure and phased delivery.
Project information is indicative and should be read alongside ongoing technical, regulatory and commercial due diligence.
Enquire About Partnerships ↗Development Strategy & Key Workstreams
A structured approach to engineering definition, approvals, commercial structuring and investment readiness.
Technical configuration
The development scope centres on a 95MW solar PV facility with grid-compliant inverters, medium-voltage collection infrastructure, a step-up substation and an appropriate grid connection. Final AC/DC sizing, energy yield and connection scope will be determined through engineering studies.
Development priorities
Priority workstreams include land tenure and environmental compliance, solar-resource and energy-yield assessment, geotechnical investigations, grid capacity and connection studies, EPC packaging and an executable implementation programme.
Commercial and investment approach
Financing readiness will depend on a creditworthy electricity offtake arrangement, a robust financial model, construction and operating assumptions, security allocation and lender-grade technical, legal and environmental due diligence.
